At Mind Body Balance, we believe in the power of holistic therapy from a trauma-informed lens to support your emotional and physical health. With extensive training in EMDR and other evidence-based methods to help you heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can find your voice and explore your inner world.

Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. We use a variety of modalities, including DBT/CBT, Solution- Focused therapies, Expressive Art Therapy, and somatic experiencing to help you heal and grow. Our trauma-informed and person-centered approach means that we prioritize your safety, comfort, and empowerment.

Our family therapy sessions are designed to help you and your loved one(s) build deeper connection, communication, and understanding. We utilize evidence-based approaches, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method to help you navigate conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen your relationship in achieving resolution.
03.
Restorative Yoga
Our restorative yoga classes are 75 minutes of gentle movement, mindful breath work and deep relaxation to align the mind, body and spirit. We create a healing environment to release tension, stress and anxiety as the body feels supported and safe enough to do so. No prior experience is necessary to be a part of these classes.
